During the visit of Deputy Foreign Minister of Korea Cho Huyn the Prime Minister of Mongolia U.Khurelsukh mentioned that the loan from South Korea within the International Monetary Fund's Extended Fund Facility is planned to be spent on reducing air and environment pollution.
The sides exchanged views on expanding bilateral ties and cooperation and exchanging views on business environments. They also talked about improving business conditions of Korean investors and protecting their interests.
In the meantime, the Prime Minister U.Khurelsukh expressed its willingness to speed up the issue related to mutual visa-free travel of the peoples of the two countries. Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea Cho Hyun has suggested that Mongolia's third neighbors be more closely involved.
In July this year, the Asian Ministerial Conference on Disaster Reduction will be held in Ulaanbaatar. The government's media and public affairs department reported that the Mr.Cho Hyun said that Republic of Korea gives a significant importance to the conference and will actively participate in the conference.
